General property caretaking would include:

  • 2 home visits a week during the summer
  • 1 home visit a week during the winter
  • Respond to house for any alarms or emergencies

During the visits:

  1. We would inspect pool/layout or remove chairs, umbrellas, etc.
  2. Inspect property for any damage
  3. Check thermostats (heat/air conditioning)
  4. Check locks on the doors and windows
  5. Check the electricity
  6. Check for any water leaks in the home from the basement to the attic
  7. Check the alarm
  8. Secure the home for any storm/check for damage after storms
  9. Check gas/oil supply
  10. Check the grounds
  11. Document any damage
  12. Collect mail/newspapers

 

If needed, we would arrange:

Landscaper, pool company, snow-removal company, contractor for maintenance, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, painters, masons, etc.
