Plan B- Manage Property with a Current Tenant
- Collect monthly rent.
- Send late notices, and when necessary, arrange evictions.
- Pay your mortgage, Property taxes, utility bills, and maintenance fees.
- Periodic inspections of property.
- Coordinate and make payments for required repairs and maintenance work.
- Deposit into your account all amounts remaining after the property’s expenses are paid.
- Prepare monthly reports.
- Conduct move-out inspections.
- 24 hour emergency contact person for tenants in the event of an emergency.

- Administration Fee: An amount equal to 9% of one month’s rent due and payable upon execution of the management agreement.
- Monthly Management Fee: 9% of the monthly rental payment due and payable one-month after the date of execution of the management agreement.
